Student of Electronics and Automation Engineering at the National Polytechnic School. She stands out for qualities such as leadership and teamwork, which led her to serve as academic vice president of the Association of Electronic Engineering Students between 2022 and 2023. Her interest in education led her to participate in the linkage project "Development of technical skills in the areas of electronics, robotics and embedded systems in General Basic Education students" PVI-DACI-2023-01 of the EPN. María Gabriela has aspirations of pursuing a master's degree in Biomedical Engineering in the future, which leads her to be deeply interested in the work currently being done in the Artificial Intelligence and Vision Laboratory - EPN, where she is an intern.
