Born in Quito, Ecuador, in 1993, he attended La Salle High School and continued his university education at the National Polytechnic School, where he obtained his degree in Electronics and Control Engineering. During his time at the university, he had the opportunity to work as a researcher in the project 'Cooperative Bilateral Tele-Operation of Multiple Mobile Manipulators'. Later, he worked at Petroamazonas as Automation Support Engineer. After 4 years, he decided to continue his Master studies in Germany and is currently working at the University of Rostock as a researcher and PhD student.
